Ken Powell lives in the Peak District, UK. He started building acoustic steel string guitars about ten years ago and has long had a passion for the guitar, having been a player for more years than he can remember. An engineering design background lead to his curiosity in the design and construction of the guitar. His Q & A talks, mainly at festivals, on guitar design and build are aimed at the curious, the potential builder and the established builders. Ken's orders have intensified and now include a full size guitar, a mid size guitar, a small body guitar, a guitar shaped Mandola or Octave Mandolin and a guitar shaped ten string Cittern.
